Vicky has successfully developed over 200 Leaders through her Leadership development programme, and delivered over 1000 coaching hours to embed learning and realise tangible business impact. She has developed over 300 Managers with core management skills. She has designed and delivered many impactful soft skills programmes like innovation and agility, preventing burnout and wellbeing, resilience, talent development and gender balance development to name a few.
She provides the foundations the businesses need to remain up to date with legal, regulatory and current HR and people trends and best practices. All whilst ensuring they effectively manage the employee lifecycle from attraction to exiting the business, so they are an employer of choice.
At a delivery level, Vicky is very experienced in creating strategic vision and roadmaps, through to managing work priorities, leading teams, influencing key stakeholders as well as coaching senior leaders.
