Vicky has a successful 30-year career, working in HR as a Senior Leader, within the Financial Services Industry.
She has taken those deep skill sets and is embracing working with businesses who are forward-thinking, and dynamic and have grown their business successfully to the point of needing external HR support.
She steers them through people and legal changes they need in place as they move forward, to protect both their teams and their business.

By providing refreshingly personal and tailored support, Vicky utilises her extensive toolbox, built to guide their business, whilst navigating the challenges that HR teams experience with having to juggle multiple priorities and constantly changing business demands.

This ranges from creating relevant and impactful people strategies aligned to the business needs, from creating an inclusive culture to developing employee’s skills, knowledge and competence to deliver effectively within their role and manage effective performance. Whether directly in teams or providing skills training.
Vicky has successfully developed over 200 Leaders through her Leadership development programme, and delivered over 1000 coaching hours to embed learning and realise tangible business impact. She has developed over 300 Managers with core management skills. She has designed and delivered many impactful soft skills programmes like innovation and agility, effective time management, resilience, and sales ability to name a few.
She provides the foundations the businesses need to remain up to date with legal, regulatory and current HR and people trends and best practices. All whilst ensuring they effectively manage the employee lifecycle from attraction to exiting the business, so they are an employer of choice.
At a delivery level, Vicky is very experienced in creating strategic vision and roadmaps, through to managing work priorities, leading teams, influencing key stakeholders as well as coaching senior leaders.
At a business inclusivity level, she knows how to show you to create an inclusive culture supporting less represented employees, some key areas include helping women to progress their career, supporting employees experiencing menopause symptoms , and reduce mental health and increase wellbeing.

Help committed and keen professionals like you, that are fed up with their current situation and want to become empowered and inspired to feel that they are making a positive impact and adding value that makes them feel good about themselves and their contribution within their role. I facilitate your thinking through coaching questions, and can offer mentoring and training where relevant. You will create the life that you want to live.
